We had to inspect the complete ERP system while working closing with each stakeholder of the company to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. We did a GAP Analysis and optimised all the processes running within the company.

The solution we prepared on Microsoft Dynamics AX had to comply with existing company policies, GDPR regulations while at the same time being automated, secured from threats and efficient than the previous system.

Modules Implemented

For flexible project planning, we have integrated the project management and accounting module with Microsoft Project Server.

Project Management

Customer-focused projects can be set up on a time and materials or fixed-price basis. We also used this module to manage costs for internal and investment projects.


Projects can be decentralised and broken down into subprojects. With each project/subproject employees can keep the status of their projects up-to-date.


We developed a system for our client to increase the speed of generating quotes for prospects with optimised workflows and pre-defined criterion.

Vendor Invoicing

The company can retain a percentage of vendor invoices until the quality of work by a vendor who is a subcontractor on a project is verified, or if payment is received from a customer or other funding sources.


Project managers can view reports that provide project details and analyze project financials from a variety of perspectives. This gives opportunities to identify roadblocks at an early stage and plan contingencies.

Multi Currency

The system was setup to seamlessly handle multiple currencies across projects and within projects if present.

Challenges Faced

To suggest a tailor made solution specific to our client’s needs, we had to work closely with all their departments and understand their processes. Since the solutions involved multiple departments and levels, permission based user access management was a big challenge that we faced.

We also had to strictly comply with the GDPR regulations and keep our workflows in check around these guidelines. The solution was built to increase the efficiency of the business processes with integration across departments keeping security at the front.
