We had to inspect the complete ERP system while working closing with each stakeholder of the company to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. We did a GAP Analysis and optimised all the processes running within the company.
The solution we prepared on Microsoft Dynamics AX had to comply with existing company policies, GDPR regulations while at the same time being automated, secured from threats and efficient than the previous system.
Our goal was to revolutionize their business processes with new and optimized workflows in Microsoft Dynamics AX and train their workforce around the newly implemented system.
